Lol OP, you will have to mod that case and power supply if you want to use them together. The case doesnt follow the ATX standard and the motherboard uses a custom pinout (doesnt even use the 24 pin). Its doable, but will add cost to the build.

Pretty sure it can use standard ATX, I have an older HP case (2009~2010) and I swapped the PSU and it works just fine. Also the mobo uses a 24 pin as well.

the mobo has a 20 pin, which is ok as most PSUs have a detachable 4 pins, i can get the PSU to work by drilling in holes. Keep in mind that the budget does not include tools, just the PC Parts

I wanted to see how good u guys could get when it comes to desktops. How about a max budget of £500 to make a killer gaming rig.

I'll start:

Main tower:http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HP-Elite-8200-Intel-Core-i7-2600-3-4Ghz-QC-4GB-RAM-1TB-HDD-Win-7-/221732404079?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item33a047fb6f

Specs: i7 2600, 4GB RAM. 1TB HDD

gpu: 290 Tri-X: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Sapphire-AMD-Radeon-4GB-R9-290-Tri-X-GDDR5-Video-Card-/291426589972?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item43da60dd14

Extra 4GB Stick:http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/4GB-RAM-DDR3-1600MHz-PC3-12800-SO-DIMM-SAMSUNG-1-x-4GB-/141633275544?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item20fa004698

550W PSU:http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/550W-Powercool-Hybrid-Modular-80-PLUS-1x140mm-ATX-PSU-/131385604041?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item1e973137c9

Now its ur turn

these parts are a complete fail. the tower is too expensive, the ram is laptop ram, the gpu probably won't fit and the psu is new and terrible.

Rig Specs:

That's a different case(I have that one too in my sig Edit: lel you have seen it.), but the Case OP linked is different and doesn't use the ATX form factor. Its able to house a 92mm fan so its taller, and all of the screws are equally spaced apart, unlike the ATX standard that has one scre offset by a little. Nope, this computer does not use the standard ATX pinout, and the only thing that follows the standard is the CPU 4 pin. The Motherboard uses a proprietary 6 pin for its primary power, and a auxiliary connector for the 3.3v, 5v standby, and PWR_sense functionalality. As you can see here, there is no 24pin(or 20 pin) to be found:

Edit: It has 2 4 pins, a 6 pin, and a smaller 6 pin instead of the 20-24 pin.

Yeah I remember your build now but that is a very weird 20 pin header on that mobo would have to do a lot of modding do get it all to work right.
