"This PC" files in wrong place.

So I factory reset my pc a few minutes ago, and I was trying to move the "Video, Documents, Downloads" ETC files to my HDD which has way more space, and now anything that goes into hard drive ends up on desktop and in the video categories, and it will no longer let me move the two files I already have on my D:\ drive, how do I move them?

are you running as admin? this might help. also you may be able to change where the files send themself when they are downloaded.

I dont know what the fk happened, i tried to move their location to my hard drive, and now everything that goes in anything on the harddrive goes into the two folders, and vice versa, now I can't change their location back and it is doing weird things. Yes im running as admin

this is really strange, i'm hoping its a simple fix. that was all my ideas sorry . someone smarter should be on soonish, i hope and can help for reals.
