Suggestions for vertical display?

I just need a monitor I can read articles on or use to chat with friends. Is there a $100-ish, or lower if even possible, monitor that has a rotate function that allows it to be vertical?

You can buy one with a vesa mount, then buy a vesa monitor arm and attach the monitor to it however you like ^^

From my experience, I will say that you should make sure the monitor you get for vertical use is an IPS-type display.  Because it's rotated, the vertical viewing angles become the horizontal ones, and vice versa.  TN's generally have pretty poor vertical viewing angles so the color shift is much, much more noticeable than when I had it in landscape.
