You don't need that expensive monitor unless you are doing 3D gaming. Also do you need 16 gb of ram i would stick with 8 gb also that psu is overkill for that system a good 600 watt should be MORE then enough for everything + overclocking both gpu and cpu. Also if your going to be overclocking you might want to look into a mobo with a beefier vrm some thing like the z77 extreme 6 (NOT THE EXTREME 4 OCING ON THAT REQUIRES LOTS OF VOLTS TO GET PAST 4.4 GHZ) or the ud5.

If you could give me your max budget, what you want to do with the system(i.e gaming, Photoshop, server, ect.) i will be able to give you the best build for your buck.

Monitor- It needs to be 120hz, because i will eventually SLI/Xfire which will go over 100+ Frames a second, I trust samsung and not willing to go over 300 for a monitor as i want to get a 3way monitor setup eventually

i chose 16 Gbs of ram in case i ever want to do Sony Vegas or make a ram disk... When i Put it in the Shopping cart at Ncix, the PSU was on sale, 50$ off if i recall properly. I do like the UD5H. My maximum budget is around $1650 -/+ $100

I would really not recommend the ssd that you have chose for a gaming computer. Becasue it is 3k which basicly means that the ssd will degrade faster and die sooner. I would rather recommend a samsung 840 or samsung 840 pro depending on your budget

I'd change the psu down to a 600w and the video card to the ASUS dcuII flavor :)

export PS1='\[\033[1;30m\]┌╼ \[\033[1;32m\]\u@\h\[\033[1;30m\] ╾╼ \[\033[0;34m\]\w\[\033[0;36m\]\n\[\033[1;30m\]└╼ \[\033[1;37m\]'

I agree. This SSD is far from the fastest available today. 8 months ago I would have selected the same one (HyperX) if I was putting together a PC, but today several new and faster options are available, so you should think about them. The best SSDs today are the 840 Pro by Samsung, the Vector by OCZ, the M5 Pro by Plextor and the Neutron GTX by Corsair. Any one drives of those would be better choice.

The PSU is fine if you might Crossfire sometime in the future. Although even 750W would be enough for a dual 7950 setup. If the sale makes that particular PSU cheaper, then go for it.

I did end up changing the specs of the build yesterday, Changed the monitor to a cheaper BenQ monitor, 7950 changed to a 670, though the 7950 OC's like a boss, The 670 comes with Assassins creed and has PhysX. Changed the PSU to a SeaSonic 660w PSU.
