Having major problems with steam..

so i tried to play TF2 this morning and noticed it was missing from my game library, infact all my games were missing except one

and if i go to the tf2 page it says its in my library, but if i click play now, it tries to install it again. if i try to launch it from my desktop, it has the steam installer popup.

then heres where it gets weird, i tried to go to the steam support page, and it promted me for my login. then i typed it in, and it said it was an INVALID LOGIN??

Yeah Steam has been acting a bit strange for a couple of months now, I'm not sure what to say but to install it again.

CPU: Intel Core I7 4790k @ 4.0ghz MOBO: Asus z97-A GPU:  EVGA 970 SSC SLI  RAM: Kingston HyperX 8GB 1866  PSU: Corsair HX850W STORAGE: Kingston SSD 120GB, 1TB WD, 500GB WD CASE: NZXT H440
