minecraft realms

so i have been using minecraft servers.net for a long time and now im thinking of switching to minecraft realms

 

is it good, how much ram, and what is the idle timeout/ also do mobs and that spawn/grow at a normal rate coz i heard the rate was slowed for realms

 

and if it isnt what are some other really good server hosts
