Identify this card?

So the other day i found an eSata300 tx2 card by Promise technology inc. Does anyone know if it is any good for using it as a raid card perhaps? It has two sata ports in the rear. Thanks :)

Promise makes some damn good raid cards.

But it's only SATA II so it won't be that fast.
