Hello,

I have a little problem with my cpu cooler fan, i have recently transferred my system into a new case the nzxt s340. In my old case i could manually control my fan with speedfan and it was all fine, but since i transferred my system it just goes full speed all the time and i cant change it anymore, during the transfer i did not change anything about my system. the fan goes directly into my motherboard and its a cooler master seidon 120v ver 2 cooler.  Any clues about what could be causing this problem?

Thanks for helping.

Did you accidentally change the fan header that the fan is plugged into?

You may have plugged the fan into a different header then it was on before (done this). The settings you made in the previous profile will not apply to a on header if you set it to another

thank you for the reaction i tried disconnecting the psu but also did not work.

redsun20, i only have 1 fan header so it is in the same one i use a 4 pin splitter and i have also tried it without the splitter but no results, i have also tried a stock cooler fan to see if the fan was broken but i could not control that one either. before the transfer it would always start at 37% by the motherboard but it does not do that anymore.
