Hey guys,

I had a problem woth my ASUS M5A99FX Pro R2.0 - CPU LED was solid all the time and it was not posting. I tried many different PSUs and GPUs and the problem was still there so I ordered Gigabyte UD3. Did I make the right decision? Could it have been the CPU? I dont want to spend 120$ for nothing... I had a similar issue when I had a E8400 and getting a new board fixed that.

btw, an 8350 + 980 isn't an awesome idea

In a very rare case it's the cpu so I would have done the same,

You tested your ram?

And yeah a 8350 and a gtx980 isn't that good -___-

Meh I've seen 6300 and 295x2 without bottlenecks.

Yeah, I did test my RAM. I have 3 sticks so its impossible that all 3 failed.

Bruh you ever played some games on your rig vs a decent not bottlenecking intel build?

You will notice the difference but I'm not starting this discussion again for the 1000th time, find it out yourself if you like to be ignorant I was not the first one to mention you that it isn't a good option.

I've had an AMD build before this one so I'm speaking out of personal experience.
