What is a good RAID controller to get for a NAS

I want to run 4-6 HDD in a RAID 5

dont worry about budget

I am just looking around at what there is at this point but I dont know what to look for

What will the NAS store?

Because if its for storing simple media you can save a lot of money by using software RAID.

My favorite software RAID is FlexRAID, please look at the "what is FlexRAID" part of the FlexRAID tutorial. (link is in my signature)

 

I would also highly recommend you to have a look at the 10TB+ topic. (also in my signature) 

You will find a lot of nice builds in there that can show you whats possible.
