My opinion : The physics are outdated. Not very realistic, but fun to play with. I made a video titled "Grand Theft Auto On Drugs" on a modded version of this game.

The focus of the game is to crash cars. I adore how good this is, even though it is free.

Also, I was wondering if any of you coders out there can make mods for this game? I think this game got quit on. It's quite fun, though.
