anyone have any idea how to convert removable drives to dynamic drives in windows 7 home premium?

Hey Jack.EXE,

There are a number of third party software that can do that. Do have in mind that if you use USB2.0 your RAID array will be bottlenecked by the bus and you will be limited to 35MB/s. If you are using USB3.0, then you might be able to saturate the 350MB/s that are supported on that type of connection. External dynamic drives are not supported in Windows, so you would have to use a third-party software.
