delete favourite contact, how?!

Click on the 9 tiny squares at the top-left corner and then "Personen"

so a couple of years ago my (now ex)girlfriend was in my favourites but we broke up and deleted her from my contacts but she stills shows up when i go to outlook or onedrive and go to the chat menu, how do i delete her from there? (my outlook is linked to skype and msn)
