If they are the exact same, you should be fine. 

 

You can find the latencies of the RAM on the side of the RAM itself or on the box or just use the internet.

It doesn't technically matter. It's recommended to use matching kits for compatibility, but as long as you can put in the matching timings and latencies without causing instability in your system, you're good to go. Just look at the label on the side of your RAM sticks to check their specs, then apply them in BIOS.
