Hello
First of:

i7-920
msi xpower big bang x58 mobo
12gb ddr3 kingston value 1333mhz
1xgtx 660ti
1xgt 430
cosair tx850w
1x hdmi monitor
2x vga monitor
-

For a long time now I've been running with a main GPU for gaming (Gtx 660ti) and a 2nd gpu for my other vga monitors, since 660ti only supports 1 vga monitor.

I saw this, and descided that I would be able to add an aditional gtx 660ti, and make them run in SLI + a 3rd gpu

But my issue is now that after connecting the 2nd 660ti, I cannot see it on the PC. It's placed in my 2nd 16x slot, and the 430 has been placed in a 8x slot.

If I disconnect the gt430, enables it me to set It to sli-mode..

Hope you can help!

WİERD O.o

It should work right?

Don't know whether it's my mother board or whats causing the trouble.

I have this one, should be pretty well spec'ed:

http://www.msi.com/product/mb/Big-Bang-XPower.html

But if I changed platform to hashwell, would I be able to connect my screens via first card in sli, and  another vga via motherboard?

Well I have the option of buying a new screen either Displayport supported or dvi-d supported, or get a whole new architecture (hashwell)

Would be nice though if I could get a adapter from displayport to vga that still supported 2048x1152
