Asus PCIE Wireless-N adapter problems

I got the ASUS PCIE Wifi adapter for my pc and it says 150mbps data rate but once I installed the driver disc in task manager it showed kbps and low mbps. On speed test online it showes 5mbps download and 2mbps upload.Please Help.

Speedtest measure with Bytes

and max bandwith you can get from 150mbps wireless N between 5-7MB/s

Ookla speedtest measure with mbps i get 5mps download and 2upload on my laptop i get 10 and 4

and in task manager I am getting 75kpbs to 5mbps

Please explain

yeah sorry I got confused with steam data rate

 

do you get full signal? and how much speed rate you get from it?
your adapter using RTL8192CE chipset, backup the driver from ASUS site and get the latest driver (not really new anyway, but more update than asus provide)

my internet speed 72mbps and signal is full 

I got the asus driver from there website is this one better?I can get it I am on windows 8.1
