Debug Code 64/b4

I have a gigabyte Z87 OC motherboard, I was doing a clean up by uninstalling old programs and what not before I began to over clock my components. I didn't do any overclocking or any bios updates or anything that would cause the computer not to boot. When i restarted my computer i got the error code b4 or 64, which ever it is. It has did this every time since and will not boot, no beeps, no splash screen, nothing like that, just the debug and fans spinning. I have unplugged everything that isn't necessary for the computer to run, IE hdds, fans (all except cpu), keyboard, mouse, etc. My computer isn't even 3 months old and i have no clue what the problem is, is there something wrong with my motherboard? I bought it open box off of new egg, it as a 5 year warenty so if i have to replace it its no problem. Whats wrong with it, i have tried everything that i know of how to do, anyone have any ideas?

Try removing all the ram and using one stick at a time to see if one of them is bad. I would also try clearing the CMOS.
