Just wondering if most people use the ingame matchmaking or if anyone uses ESEA.

I recently picked up gaming again and was a CS:S player.  I've now made the move to GO and started doing the matchmaking in game.  I find because I'm trying to get my rank still that it's putting me in with all sorts of idiots and it really is infuriating so I've opted to go back to ESEA.

Just wondering what everyone elses experience with the ingame matchmaking is and if anyone plays ESEA.

Cheers.

When i play i use csgo ingame matchmaking or faceit. But if you want to be safe for 98% of all cheats go with ESEA

When I was getting my rank the first time(10 comp match wins) I was getting paired up with people who were anywhere from Nova to Supreme(very few silvers and unranked). I didn't like comp enough to continue playing(also didn't have a team so I didn't want to pub anymore anyway). I play casual now and I'm having a blast since it's a lot more laid back.

However, my brother also plays CSGO and used to use in-game matchmaking and ESEA, but he's switched over to CEVO and he's loving it over there.

My brother and I live in Southern California and for some reason Valve either doesn't have servers in LA or they are complete crap because we always get ping times of 90ms-100ms when matchmaking and they are only 64bit servers. The CEVO servers are 128bit and they are located in most major regions in the world.

If you like ESEA, stick over there, but CEVO is an option!

And here I am, solo ranked to MG :( I never liked ESEA though after that Bitcoin scandal, I'd go for CEVO or Faceit.
