Bios dont work after update

Hallo :)

I have this pc

CPU: 4570T (whit HD4600)

MB: Asus H87I-Plus
Ram: 8GB ddr3 1.35V
3 x 3TB WD Red driver (Data)

Hybrid drive for OS.

It have use this pc for 2-3 weeks now. All works great.
But Asus has come out whit a new bios update that fixes some great things :D
I run the update from the bios. It when great and its need to restart to use the new bios :)
After the restart i only see the Asus post screen :/ and i can see i can click F2 og DEL to enter bios.
i can wait so long i will its stays at the post screen. Do i click F2 og DEL the pc restart :(
And i only get 1 bib from the system when its start, so i cannot get a error from there.

I have tried this:
Use another keybord
Clear CMOS whit onbord jumper and remove the battery whit the power supply off.
Remove all things fro my pc so only keybord and monitor was in.
Remove HDD and Ram.

Now i dont know what to do :/
i starting to things its a bad bios on there web site?

Do one of you know how i can flash my bios again? i cannot enter bios? 

I now if i crash the bios it will start the crashfree bios 3 and search for a bios on usb stick. But i dont know how to do that know when i cannot do anything :(

I hope one of you can help me or know what to do. 
Or something i can try to fix this.

I have try this and this dos not work because the bios is not that bad corrupted and it did not fail the update :/
So the CrashFree Bios 3 dos not start :(

Did you load optimized defaults after you updated? If not that could be why because you are supposed to right after the flash is done.

Nope i did not do that :/ 

Do you know what i can do know then?

On older boards, you can jump to EZ flash by pressing Alt+F2 right after POST.

When i click ALT+F2 the pc just restart :(

Thats how i fix it ;)

My pc had 3x 3TB WD RED in raid 5. So the sata controller before the bios update was set to RAID.
But after the bios update the sata controlle got set to AHCI. Thats default i know that. But i did not thing that was it because when i only have CPU and RAM in the system the error was still there.
I then just try to start the pc whit out ram i know that will give some error. And it did. but when i but the ram in again the error was gone :D
I was know able to enter bios and set the controller to RAID and know all is working :D

I only thought whit the controller on AHCI that i will just not see the data on the disk and not freeze on post :(

So if you have this error take all out off your pc and only have power and cpu in. start the pc and get a error. turn it off and but ram in and know you can go into BIOS :)
Strange how pc sometimes works :)
