New CPU And mobo

hey guys i want to buy a new mobo + cpu i want to buy the gigabyte z87 g1.Sniper beacause it's cooler features and low price with the i5 4690K

will it be a problem if i put the i 5 4690K then i update the bios? or get an i5 4670K to get out of the problems? is there a big diffrence in the performance of these to others of the performance in gaming? or get the i5 4690K with a z97 mobo?

Most if not all z87 motherboards are shipping with the new bios allowing for refresh cpus. I have a msi z87 mpower, because it looks better than the z97 variant, and when I bought it I was able to use a 4690k with no issues.
