You would need a fibre pci card in the nas that can handle more than 1 gigabit and a switch that can do more than 1 gigabit as well if you want faster. If you want cheaper get a Ethernet NIC with 2 ports and have it use both of them.

How many clients is this serving because if its not many and your having speed issues it could be the clients connection and not the nas.

Gigabit was so yesterday.

Sfp doesent mean its 10GB fibre comparible
