HAF 912 compatibility

Go to solution Solved by airdeano,

the H60 is a 25mm thin radiator

here is a pic of h60 in push/pull in a HAF 912

so an h80 or their seidon 120 should fit as well internally..

Hello all, I have myself a HAF 912 from Cooler Master and it doesn't seem to support internal water cooling by the documentation.. I would like to have at least a 120mm RAD inside the case as it is hidden at the back of my closet with exactly enough space while still providing airflow adequately. So my question is, is there a liquid cooler out there now that would be compatible (thinking it likely needs to be very thin and only one fan)

the only thing that comes to mind are the AIO (all-in-one) kits of corsair, antec, nzxt,

silverstone, cool-it.. loved the 912, but like your encounters, not very water-cooling

friendly.

Yea I contacted the cooler master support and they said a list of semi compatible ones... made by them but the fan needed to be outside of the case....

it is not pretty after it is mounted, functional, yes. wanna impress peeps do not

show them your install of a H100 in a HAF 912.. the village will revolt and try to set

it on FIRE!!

to be honest, i would not spend a lot of money on cooling efforts for a couple of reasons:

your case location :  "..the case as it is hidden at the back of my closet with exactly

enough space while still providing airflow adequately" unless you can provide better

flow path of air, it's almost in vain to try and improve on an issue with no resolve.

i like the CM HAF912, but it is an air flow case. spending an obscene amount of

money on it gets to be no return on what is spent. if the CM 212 EVO/+ can't do it

well enough, i'd look for another option or location of case.
