Wireless XBox 360 Controller Rumble Not Working

Hey guys, I just bought a xbox controller to play dark souls 2 with and I can't get the rumble to work. I have the latest controller driver software from Microsoft and am using windows 7 64bit

Is rumble turned on in the game settings? Does the rumble work on any game?

Welp, apparently it was working the whole time I was just expecting that when I got hit it would rumble but it doesn't. When I die I do get rumble, thanks anyways!
