I have had my h100I for about 2 or 3 months now, and the red and green LED's have stopped working all together. Anyone else encounter this problem and know a fix?

This is quite a common problem although I havent heard of any fixes yet.

Its a software problem afaik.

You can RMA the cooler if you don't manage to fix it and you can always try the Corsair forums.

Feel free to PM for any water-cooling questions. Check out my profile for more ways to contact me.

before RMA, switch USB port on the motherboard and re-initialize the software.

some grumblings on the USB (non-powered) ports are "loosing interest" with

the device connection. if it is in the powered USB port, verify the "power" is

turned off in the UEFI or disable the power feature in the software suite (if installed).
