I've been posting on the Forum lately, and I think I have all the parts. I mostly play Payday 2, World of Tanks, Planetside 2, and Titanfall. I want to play all these games at High/Ultra at least 30+ FPS. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/kFW8vK

Budget?

IF you budget is around 600$, I'd say you can get better deal by changing the PU to a FX 8320, and the mobo to something supprot AM3+. 2 cores nowaday just dont cut it anymore.

I dont remember much about TitanFall, but WOT is a pain in the ass... my 780 could barely run it at 50+ FPS most of the time for no reason at all~

WoT is a little bit CPU demanding. But my budget is around $450~480. or $550-$580 without windows. I was thinking getting an Fx-6300.

FX 6300 at that price range is totally fine to. Pair it with yoru R9 280 and it will be good. Hopefully when DX12 come out with better multi core support, those CPU will do better job at gaming.
