Microphone ports not working

Hello, I have the issue that my microphone is not working at all, it doesnt give any feedback. I have tried the mobo port and the front case port with 3 different microphones and none seem to produce any feedback, I have tried installing new drivers but it doesnt seem to work

My specs are:

Cpu: intel i5 4690k

Mobo: asus maximus vii ranger

Gpu: Gtx 760

Ram: Geil evo corsa 8GB

HD: Hitachi 500GB

Have you got the Realtek HD Audio Manger installed? If so does it recognize that you have plugged the mic in?

What are the microphones you are trying to plug in?

I do have it, and it recognize the microphone

I am trying to plug in a steelseries siberia v2, its brand new
