I'm $400 dollars away from this build. I was wondering what you think. This is targeted as a gaming pc with light photo/video editing.

CPU: I5 4670k
MoBo: MSI Z87-G45
GPU: Nvidia GTX 780
Storage: Samsung 840 SSD 120gb and WD 2TB Green Drive
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 16GB 1600mhz 2x8GB
PSU: Seasonic G Series 650watt   Rosewill Hive 750w 80+ Bronze Certified PSU
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i
Optical Drive: Random Asus Blu-ray/DVD combo drive
OS: Windows 8 Pro  Windows 8 (Regular Edition)
Case: Fractal Design Define R4 with the Window

Other Things in Cart:
Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2013 Edition
Sata 3 Cable 3ft

Things I Already Have:
Razer Deathadder
Monitor

Why windows 8? I plan to get a touch screen monitor in the future. Besides I looked up some comparisons and its decent.
Why a windowed case? Well, I don't really mind the sound, I plan in the future to add some led strips.

Future upgrade plans: Adding more quite fans. Although I don't really mind the sound its nice to have a quite system.

First and foremost is your budget and when do you plan on building

I plan to build as soon as possible. My current budget is about $1750 but I can wait a little for this build.

Have you ever thought of a micro atx system which I can show you an example of one

I'm not really interested in building a micro atx system. It makes me feel very limited in expansions. I know there are options out there but I much rather build atx.

After careful deliberation & study I have come up with these suggestions

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1eFoz

Unfortunately some of the stuff is out of stock... also I thought it was recommended to get windows 8 Pro if you're using 16GB+. Thanks this is right under my budget the only thing I would change is probably the case I really want a windowed one and also the GTX 780 because I think it would work better with a multi-display setup I have in mind.

Edit: I just notice the combo deal with the Fractal Define R4 and Rosewill PSU... good deal but the window!! Thinking about it right now. Also, a modular power supply would be nice... Sorry. I'm just very fixated on my ideal build.

Maybe I should go for a lower costing power supply. Like instead of going for a 80+ Gold Semi-Modular power supply I could go for a 80+ Bronze Semi-Modular power supply so I can cut the price down just a little bit. Or maybe I should just wait.

So I can afford the build if I buy a Rosewill Hive 750w and get Windows 8 instead of Windows 8 Pro. The rest is still the same in my original build. What do you guys think?
