Twist and zip ties work just fine.

 

 

Depends if your case has room for it. 

 

Regardless, probably not. Even if you can tuck it a tiny bit behind your back panel, the gift card can be used for more important or helpful things. Like food. Money buys food and food is tasty.

Those look like they will take up extra room or make things wider than they need to be, I personally am an advocate of theses flat clamps especially since they keep sleeved cables somewhat organized and fit well behind the mobo tray:
