I was wondering what people thought of this low budget build. I will add a HDD later. I also have a radeon 6870 to use at the moment and will probably upgrade that and the CPU to an i5 later. I would like to keep the price as low as possible, and I don't plan to OC. Any suggestions? (sorry I was lazy with the image upload)

If you plan on gaming, but not adding a GPU any time soon, go with a A10 7850k and a A78M-E35.

Thanks for the replies. I'll have a 6870 for a bit which is enough for most games I play/plan to play. Metro Last Light and Devinity: Original Sin are probably the most demanding games I will play.

Dear god...please

You can look into some cheaper RAM, since you're looking for as cheap as possible. Unless you want some style points.

Sorry for the shitty image upload. Do you mean less RAM or a cheaper 8gb kit? I have never had problems with RAM without heat spreaders. Are they necessary?

Aside from that, any thoughts on the i3-4160 (or any haswell i3)? The build would be mostly for gaming.

They aren't really necessary. Unless your computer is near a fire or something. And I was talking about a cheaper 8gb kit.

Does DDR3 1333 and 1600 make much of a difference? In this price bracket it seems that's all there is. Thanks for all the help.

Wow I am sorry for the following duplicate posts. I didn't think it loaded.

I mostly just game, watch videos and browse on my pc. My budget is around $500 atm usd, video card not included. I don't play very intense games, but would like to play games like metro last light, divinity original sin and MMOs.
