Assuming it's a 980 the base clock will be at least 1300MHz and I'm betting closer to 1350MHz. Boost will be at least 1425MHz and likely to push the 1500MHz mark.

 

I think it's a Titan X though and the base clock will be 1100MHz with a boost of 1250MHz.

1. Overclock until the magic smoke comes out. 2. Modify until broken. 3. Fix and repeat.

1.25Ghz Baseclock (Cos 125million GPU's),.. 1.45Ghz SAFE Turbo clock. Leaving headroom for you to get great OC results to 1550Mhz or more.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
