Should I wait for a 390x in my budget or no?

I want to be able to do 2k is this anywhere near possible for my budget?

1. Budget & Location
$1500CDN need it to ship to Toronto,Ontario

2. Aim
Gaming.I've yet to join steam but have rust.I look to add triple AAA tittles and play at high not ultra setting.I need to be able to run linux.A lot of hard drive space is cool so if possible yea but if it means no 2k then no.Dual boot for linux and windows cuz if i game i need windows

3. Monitors
I want just 1 monitor at 1440p.If thats not possible please try in anyway but if not ill compromise at 1080 3 monitors.I'll even take korean monitors if I need to.

4. Peripherals

Need an OS whichever is good or suitable I'm a linux guy so don't really care about any windows OS.If possible a mechanical keyboard but ill take a really cheap combo package if it means no 2k.

5. Why are you upgrading?
There is no need for a question.

A 1440 monitor takes a third of the budget. Which does not leave room for much else. Certainly no room for shipping and taxes. But you can probably price match most of the parts with NCIX and pick up at one of their Toronto locations.
