Any one got any suggestions for a laptop, preferebly a one with the new haswell chip, and a 700 series card its for school and gaming

Do you have a budget or specific parts within what you said? "A 700 series card" gives a pretty good range in price.

You are being a bit too broad. Budget, screen size, resolution, how heavy, how hardcore of gaming? Answering some these will help narrow it down.

Smaller then 17,3 inches not above 6 kilos, it must handle bf3 at more than decent settings

How about the msi ge40? It's a tad thicker version of the razer blade.

doesnt ship outside US

look at your local computer store .... I can get it at my local one for 2700 ish

Its all about those volumetric clouds
