Budget PC

I've wanted to build a PC for years. Now that I've found LTT I'm finally doing it. I'm building this for everyday use, light gaming, and light video rendering but... I had a really tight budget. So far I've only spent $170. So... How'd I do?

ASUS M4N68T-M V2

Corsair Vengeance 2x4G 1600 MHz

Case

Cooler Master Elite 350 + 500W PSU

GPU

Gigabyte GT 240 1GB

Storage

I'm recycling my old HDD from my previous computer.

Pretty great for 170, and actually doesn't sound like a dangerous PSU! (included PSU's have a reputation for burning down houses but this one sounds fine  )

Your next upgrade probably should be the graphics card.

I would say it's pretty good especially for what you spent, but if you did more digging you could get much used components for really cheap like how Slick got the R9 290 for $80 I think during scrapyard wars or whatever it was called
