Help me decide

Hey guys, so I am planning on buying a new gpu and I decided to go with the gtx 960.

I ended up with two cards, the EVGA GTX 960 ACX 2.0 2gb and the 4gb version. Tell me why should i choose one from another, or if you propose a new gpu then my price range is 250€.

I mostly play games like arma 2 (soon 3, bf4 and war thunder.

I'd suggest the 280X, Because it's 15% faster, yeah it eats more power. But it's a better card.
