I've had this happen twice now on my gf's build.  Once it happened in front of me, PC was on for a few minutes then bam it shut down during browsing.  It's not overheating, but I am not sure if I want to tackle a PSU issue first or a board.  I'd have to rip apart a PC to get a PSU but RMA the board.  Any thoughts?

it does sound like a powersupply issue...PC just shut down, no black screen, no freeze, no sound looping, no nothing?

power source is stable?

BIOS settings are at stock? reset the CMOS or make sure you are on optimized default settings first.

I undid the overclock by resetting the bios settings.  It did 8 hours of aida64 no issue.  It was running 4.2GHz @ 1.25V on an EVGA SLI Z75 board.

I am thinking PSU.  I have an XFX PSU coming in next week but for now I am gonna test with the OC turned back to default.

Well then turn down your OC

I am doing that now.

Now the USB ports are randomly unconnecting her DVD-RW and her Xbox One Controller.  I am thinking a bad board.
