Make sure your RAM isn't set to any higher than 1066 mhz in BIOS.

I am doing that on friday :D

My PC Specs: CPU: Core i5 4590 @ stock speeds, GPU: RX 480 8GB, RAM: 16GB DDR3 @1600mhz

 

Case: Zalman ZM-T4,Motherboard: GigaByte GA-H81M-S2H LGA 1150, HDD/SSD: 2TB Seagate Expansion drive, 1TB Samsung Portable HDD, 160gb Intel SSD, PSU: 550w corsair cxm

I can't access bios

I feel for you having to wait to play on that awesome rig :/ Pretty sure this wont work but if you install an old gpu, then install the nvidia drivers for the 960, then install the 960 and try to boot? Also what vendor did you get the card from? Or was it second hand?

Fingers crossed the card wasnt dead on arrival, but its kind of looking that way.
