I have had many texture flickering errors since i got my pc but i always chalked it up to be an issue with anti aliasing or just my gpu wasnt good enough. i just bought Verdun on steam and played on ultra for 15 minutes on about 25-30 fps and then i started getting some very definitive artifacts. i am now certain that all the graphical errors are related to artifacts because i have seen people with worse builds than mine with no texture flickering. how can i diagnose what is causing the artifacts? any help is much appreciated.

PC Specs:

8gb ram (unknown brand)

gigabyte r7 250 1gb gddr5 OC

quad core a8 6600k @ 3.9ghz

Return Merchandise Authorization. When equipment is faulty and you have warranty on it, you return it for replacement. If you believe that it could be the motherboard connect directly to it and see if the problem is still there.
