Notifications not showing up

Hi. The other day my notification's at the top right stopped working. The red icon saying I have notifications shows up but when I click it , it start's to load then disappears. Was wondering if anyone has had this issue and if there's a fix. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm using chrome.
