Considering that the EVGA 980 with the single 120mm rad runs 55 degrees max when pushing overclocks (1550-1600mhz). Considering that, will a 480mm rad be enough to cool 4 Titan Xs?

you need 120mm of radiator per component, so a quad rad for 4gpus+ a cpu would cut it close unless its one of those 80mm thick rads

The rads will be an XSPC RX480 (60mm thick) and there will be 2 rads, 1 480mm for CPU and 1 480mm for quad GPUs

Sounds like it would be plenty, that's the setup that JayzTwoCents has currently, except with only 3 Titan X's. Nevermind, JayZTwoCents has a 560 rad for his GPUs. Although he does have a 480 for the CPU.

dual loop? I'd just go single with redundancy.

I'd only go 3 cards also.

It should be fine if you go ahead and do it.
