Well the x99 E-WS is an E-ATX board, and the Enthoo Luxe supports E-ATX boards so I don't see any reason why not

The Asus E-WS is and SSI CEB board, not E-ATX

 

My mistake, a few sites say that t is an E-ATX board. Either way, E-ATX is bigger than SSI CEB, so it should be perfectly fine.

 

Also the two have the same mounting hardware positions.

 

E-ATX  - 12 x 13 Inches

SSI CEB  - 12 x 10.5 Inches

The enthoo luxe is a enthusiast grade full tower case...it can fit ANYTHING.
