Looks very nice for a first build. Nice colour scheme as well.

I would suggest trying to clean up the cables a little more to make it look a bit cleaner. Looks like a small fan hub that you could hide behind the motherboard tray could clean up those fan wires a fair bit, or a fan controller.

All in all, a nice build. Well done.

Also, welcome to the forums!

Thanks, I will switching to some sleeved cables in the near future, so I just threw the cables that came with the power supply in there until then.  I also am debating on switching from the mesh on the side to a window.

A window is a really nice idea. I did that to my previous case, also a 500r and looked really good. Very little modification is needed. The mesh is just clipped in which means easy removal and reinstallation. You just have to cut some plexi to shape and you can use double sided tape to put it on. and if the clips from the side panel bother you (they do show through the windows), you can apply a border of paint to cover it up.

The moment when you find out that OP is using an ASRock board... Heard that they ran terribly and bricked all the time. Might just be redditors hating though.

I have been running it for over a month now and have had 3 bsod, the first 2 was due to drivers not being updated (noob mistake) not sure what caused the third.  Other than that it has been flawless.

Thanks, if I go that route I will cut the clips off to give it a cleaner look, I really like a window, but the way the airflow now is great too, lol.
