Doubts about Corsair tx650m

My system shuts down when my gpu is used intensively

I have checked all the parts (ram, gpu, cpu and mboard) all are running fine but the psu,  i could not check properly. Ran a software named speedfan which showed a voltage of around 6.7 volts on the 12 V rail but the asus bios says its 12.1 V . Now how do I check what is causing the problem.
