Best Portable Camera?

I'm looking for a nice camera under $700. I'm looking at the Sony RX100 III. All my requirements are is that it can't be a huge DSLR & it has to have a fully reversible screen.

its a mirrorless and you can change the lenses, but the screen doesn't do selfies, i think thats what u mean by reversible right?
