uhm you can try with the samsung magician, it comes in the box, clone the drive. :o

Hey guys.

 

one of my SSDs is on it's way out and I've bought a 128gb Samsung 850 pro to replace my 2 60gb Vertex 3's in Raid 0 but... how can I transfer all the data/windows install onto my new drive and run windows from it without the need of a reinstall?

Corsair 650D, i5-4690K (Corsair h50 cooler), Asus ROG maximus VII Ranger, Asus GTX 980ti Strix, 16GB Corsair Vengeance pro series Red (2x8gb 2400mhz), Corsair HX850W, Asus Xonar Essence STX, Sennheiser HD595 / Beyerdynamic dt 770 pro 250 ohm, Samsung 850 pro 128GB / WD black/blue/green, OCZ vertex 3 60gb . Corsair M40/Corsair k70.

Samsung Data migration... so easy! plugged in the Samsung SSD, installed the disk, two clicks, 15minutes later it copied it and I've just removed the old SSDs, brilliant!
