Problems while playing games

Good evening,

 

I'm having some one minor issue, and one big issue that happens during playing any video game.

 

#1 When minimizing games, I get a black screen for approximately three seconds, this happens either I'm opening/closing the game. This didn't happen before, but it suddenly began doing so. 

 

#2 When someone calls me/adds another person/hangs up on a current call - the game minimizes.. Which is REALLY annoying, because I talk with a lot of friends while playing games. This is especially annoying when I'm playing CS:GO, on top of it, I get the three second delay when entering the game again.

 

Who ever can try to help me solve these problems will be awarded an homemade cookie.

If it's in full screen when you alt tab then your screen will go black. When in what call? Skype? If so skype will just do that because it is trash

I press the windows button, it didn't go black before, so why now? Before it instantly went out/in again. Nor did the Skype thing either.
