Choosing between Cpu

I am choosing a cpu and i wan't to know the game performance between the fx-6300 and the i5-4590. I only care about game performance not rendering or stuff like that. My preferred games are Crysis 3 , Battlefield 4 , Witcher 2. What fps will i get with an r9 280x , 8 gb 1600 Mhz ram ,  and will they bottleneck or not? And which power supply should i use for this setup?
