Are these results normal for my ssd?

Untitled.jpg

I'm using a Kingston SSDNow V300 240GB on a Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 motherboard (SATA II).

Seems about right for the V300's,.. they do not use fast flash at all, and being Sata II, your still not saturating the Sata2-bus either... It is what it is...

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Ok.

I forgot to mention that it's configured at AHCI mode (at least I think it is). Are the results normal for AHCI or do the results resemble more IDE?

That's hard to say, usually you get a bit less with IDE compared to AHCI no matter what SSD you have.

If any of us moved from AHCI to ide we will see a loss too..

You can't say it's an exact percentage value though.
