It seems that MSI Afterburner has an option to do that:

"You can download Afterburner here: MSI Afterburner

In afterburner, go to settings and when you click on each item (temp, usage, clock etc.) you can click "Show in Logitech keyboard LCD display" and choose the font size."

is there anyway to show the gpu usage and fan speed

I heard that AIDA64 supports GPU and CPU temp and usage Monitoring but Im not sure if it has fan speed monitoring. Not sure if your keyboard supports it. Found a tutorial on a G19:

This is the best keyboard app ever. Its free, although if it was for sale I would buy it in an instant. You basically drag and drop what and where you want data displayed. It does support afterburner(you can show gpu usage and fan speed). A pic of my layout below.
