Just a FYI: Intel's warranty does NOT cover overclocking damage! If you are going to be overclocking I recommend you purchase the Intel Performance Tuning Protection Program which is only $20.

This warranty covers any damage caused by overclocking to your CPU for the remainder of the original warranty of the CPU.
