Motherboard help

So, this is the motherboard I plan on getting for my new build (which will include an i5 4690k and an R9 290) :

http://www.amazon.co.uk/MSI-Z97-Gaming-LGA1150-Motherboard/dp/B00K8KPXUO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1427067295&sr=8-1&keywords=msi+gaming+5

I was flicking through some reviews on the board, and I came to the FAQ section on Amazon. One of the first q/a's I see was this:

Q: Will I be able to have a Wireless Internet Connection with this Motherboard?

A: No, you'll need a separate wireless card.

So here's where I need advice, I know nothing about wireless cards... Absolutely nothing. I am a first time builder too. I need some advice on these wireless cards, if any further info is needed, also let me know of that. Any help will be really appreciated.

Thanks for reading.

#1 Use wired connection faster 100% of the time

#2 Buy something that looks like it will get you reasonable internet, isn't super cheap, and it looks like asus makes some.

I wish I could use wired, I have in the past and I know it's a lot better, but it's not an option right now for my current setup.

They make really long Ethernet cords (like long enough to steal your neighbors internet).

Just buy any reasonably reviewed PCI-E Wireless adapter and you will be fine! Look for at least a N300 one (from worst to best they are : N150, N300, N450, N600, N750, N900). If your router supports AC then look for one that supports that.
